"The night shift young lady was rude and unhelpful. The airport shuttle was inconsistent in timing, so much so that we finally called Uber. We couldn’t pick up our own phone signal anywhere in the building, but their WiFi was not that great either. But day shift staff was very friendly and helpful, and the property was very clean."

"Booked through Expedia and was exceptionally impressed. Hotel had been completely remodeled and I booked a king with jetted tub. The tub was immaculately clean which if you know you know that rarely is the case with these jacuzzi tubs. Room was fantastic. Linens crisp and new. All together it was so clean and I’m particular about walking barefoot but felt safe kicking my shoes off. 100/10 and will be booking here from now on. Was given a surplus of towels. "This was a cute little gem in Florence. Our room was a suite, extremely affordable, and recently remodeled. The breakfast was good and all of the staff were super nice and helpful. We didn’t get time to use the pool on our stay but it looked really nice. They by far had the best shower pressure I’ve ever had in a hotel - that is a big deal for me! Overall a very positive experience and we will stay here again on our next family visit."

"Loved the entryway with the water fountain. It was a long walk to the elevator for guests, however, everything was very clean. Our room was great. We arrived late and were quite weary from travel. A welcoming smile from the person working the desk would have been helpful or even some direction about parking or how to find elevators. Parking was limited as it seemed to be a busy evening. Maybe the worker, who was alone, was tired and overwhelmed from the many people coming in that night. She...
