"Very neat and tidy place !! We didn’t have to worry too much even about the small Knick knacks like where is the spare batteries for the TV remote. Even the dodger was stacked with cornettos to enjoy !! The washrooms were clean and the linen, bath towels were all clean to use. Quiet and nestled in street which was not far from the walking distance of beach. "

"Very disappointed that the rules and regulations in the tenancy agreement we had to sign before we could get the address and key code were so lengthy with multiple fines for everything including using more than 1 towel each for the duration of our stay, that we felt we didn’t dare touch anything and couldn’t relax for the 3 days we were there. "The stay was a wonderful break and the location superb, fab access direct to warrain beach and a few hundred metres walk to Culburra beach. Lots of kitchen supplies over and above what is usual - olive oils, lots of coffee capsules, glad bake, condiments etc.... the cleaning was below par , very dusty fireplace, cobwebs, skirting, kitchen splashback smears etc that for the price, would not have expected. Maybe just a nudge to the cleaners is all that is needed. There was a security camera...
