"I thought the hotel was great, especially for the price. I don’t understand why some people are giving them bad ratings. I don’t know what they expect to that price in NYC. I thought that the room was nice and the service was great. Sure you hear the subway occasionally but the upside is also that the subway station is very close by, which means that Manhatten is very easily accessible. To the price I would say that it is a bargain."

"Good hotel to the Price, rails next to - so you have to be a good sleeper, as they can wake you up. Metro close by, neighbourhood is a little shady, but nothing to report about."

"Couldn’t use our credit cards. Had to try multiple cards because their reader didn’t work. Cleaning personal don’t speak English so when you e.g. ask for an extra blanket with sheet so both have one when sleeping they really didn’t understand what you tried to ask for. When I managed to get one they freaking took it away when cleaning the room and I had to go through all the explanation again to get on again. Holy moly. Clear the couldn’t think for them self. If you remove 2x blankets and sheets while cleaning - how many new ones do you think the customer want?!?!?? (Huge test!). …and then very bad neighborhood. But that’s not the hotels fault. I should just have checked that out. Ps. A lot of noise from music, people, trains etc. "
