"First of all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room (mind you it was a standard) was gorgeous. Clean, modern, all the kitchen facilities to cook your own meal if you wanted to or to use a microwave. They had a washing machine / dryer combo in the room, making it very helpful to clean your own clothes. Pool, gym, cinema, buffet breakfast and dinner. Fabulous place to stay. I had several usb points in my room to allow charging of all electronics."

"We arrived late which we had advised. There was no light outside and the heating was not on - pitch dark and freezing cold. The light in the small bedroom and the corridor was not working. The office was closed, no one answered the phone nor the mails I sent. The fan at the toilet was as noisy as a helicopter, as was the aircon/heating."

"The motel staff were very helpful despite my difficult request to check in very early. Housekeeping was hospitable and overall the motel and Bororen itself had a good effect. The weather is warm near the tropics and the motel had a great brand of country charm and hospitality. Highly recommended. "Really good location, good service, fine facilities for families. However, our room interior design felt kind of awkward as the room was very long and also not in the best condition. In the morning we found a cockroach on the floor but I understand that they are not uncommon in rural areas."
