"99 Kirkland Avenue is two different places according to just an overnight experience or whether you stay several days. You can read about the place when you get into the room, but that doesn’t help you on arrival. The landlord is a real madam so you better follow her rules. If you are just there for one night everything is fine. Breakfast is in your room and you can decide what to have breakfast. If you stay several days don’t expect to get your room cleaned at all. "The WOTIF booking confirmation stated "The front desk is open daily from 10:00 AM - 10 PM" so I was shocked to be berated for being late on my arrival. While I had stated I would be there at 3pm, there were a number of delays during my trip. I did not appreciate the way I was spoken to on arrival (maybe organise self check-in like every other self-managed property in the world).
