Everything was good with Hotel.
Breakfast had everything we needed , and even more than that. That staff in the breakfast area was super nice ,and helpful on questions.
The Hotel locaction is a little far from downtown, but we love to walk , so the 4km (one way) was not a big issue, and it was safe.
Due to the extreme heat, we also used the pool wish was super nice after a long day outside in the heat.

"One of the best hotels you can find in Tbilisi. Everything is brand new and in excellent condition. The hotel is located at a very picturesque place in the hills of Tbilisi, overlooking Mtatsminda within walkable distance to some main streets, modern restaurants, and cafeterias. Strongly recommend. "My favourite neighbourhood in Tbilisi. Easy to get to different neighbourhoods. The hotel and room is very stylish and clean. This hotel is bigger tha the hotels I usually choose to stay. So I missed proactive personal touch from the hotel staff as I met new staff everyday during my 3-night stay. The hotel will get a bakery later this year. This will maybe make the place even better. "We were staying in room 702. Our check-in was smooth, the staff were welcoming and nice.
During our stay, we weren’t lacking anything. The room was a great size for two of us, the bathroom was clean and the shower/water pressure was good too.
This room featured a huge balcony with fantastic views of the square and cityscape.
We were able to hangout in the Rum bar after returning back on our last day and that too was a nice place.
Thanks for a great stay, I will be recommending this Ibis...

"No frills boutique hotel with a great location and nice staff. The room has a vintage design and it is large. It features a fridge. A major downside is the none existing breakfast. I ended up having super stressful mornings as I had to find breakfast options in the city. That is a big challenge when the meeting time of the organized tours is 8:40 AM at Avlabari Metro station (a 25 minutes walk from the hotel). I only managed to find one restaurant in the city that opened before 8. The hotel has an arrangement with a nearby cafe, but two mornings I went by it was closed.
