Hoteller med parkering i Shimla

"Excellent"

"Amazing service and beautiful view from the hotel. A bit hard to find the hotel (took us 30 minutes). Great parking. Food a bit overpriced "

"Kitchen staff was good and very helpful. We enjoyed Our stay."

"Had the plessure of 3 nights at Hotel Kapil. We were 3 persons, first in a small room, but was quickly moved to a bigger one. The service is really EXCELLENT. The best in our 3 weeks vacation in India, with out a doubt."

"The view was great. The description of the hotel is wrong. Access is only for backpackers. Wheelchair is a joke. Taxis are not allowed closer than 200 m and from there it is steap up. In winter you even cannot be sure of that. We had to go approx. 1km on a slippery road. Taxis did not dare go there. The hotel is not suitabel for use in low temp. We had reserved 2 nights but left after 1 night. - still cold as ice."

"Overall good place would stay again"

"Lovely views from the room and balcony although sitting outside too long invites the local cheeky monkeys to grab your food. Bed was very comfortable. The room was quite small and no real space for two suitcases but we made do. The hotel staff very helpful and friendly. They also provided a driver Arun who took us to our next destination. He was a brilliant, safe, skilled driver. The hotel location was easy walking distance to Mall Rd (the hill is quite steep from the hotel so agility is...

"There is no fan in the property . We stayed for 3 nights even after requesting for a fan since after climbing the hill we used to pant and sweat in the sun the manager only provided us fan for a day rest of the days we had to survive. The owner had put in efforts for a good stay but the manager is not cooperative. No shampoo and lotion is provided in the hotel which is basic amenities"

"Hard to access the hotel. Room itself was ok for a night of transit."

"👍"

"Please take into account I was a foreign tourist. The plus's are the service was good and the tea was excellent. The negatives are the building and grounds pictured in the listing are no longer in use. They are being replaced with a completely new hotel which is under construction. There are no 23 teas offered and the menu is limited and no longer intercontinental. What rooms and facilities are left are in serious need of updating. The biggest problem is that they only accept cash and...

The service was excellent, and the team was always attentive and welcoming. The location is convenient, and the overall experience was relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Shimla. Would love to stay here again."
