"Lovely four nights spent in the hotel. Staff are super friendly and helpful and the set up was ideal for our desire to chill for a few days. The only caveat we would mention was the unfortunate noise from construction alongside the hotel, but that is the price you sometimes have to accept in a state expanding at the pace of Dubai. This was our second visit and I would have no problems returning. Great for families too."

"The reception, dining, and housekeeping all wonderful. However- there is a plant out in the 2 flower beds I was poked by, which if the black tip stayed in my leg, could be life threatening. It needs to be removed. Be careful. Hopefully, it has been removed. "

Diana called us to make sure everything was ok and let us know the name of the person who would be at the front desk after she left.

The bedding wasnt clean, it had what appeared to be make up marks on it, plus some dark hair.
There was long hairs in the bathroom too, and on the floor of the room.
I checked in, slept fully covered and on my own towel and left as soon as possible. "
