"The staff was impeccable, the room was lovely and peaceful, the food was phenomenal. I felt like a queen here. Gardens and onsen are top notch. Service was perfect. I cannot wait to return!!"

"We had such a wonderful stay! Justine and Mona were incredible hosts – they carefully explained everything to us in detail and even taught us about the food and onsen etiquette. Their kindness and attention made us feel so welcome. We have honestly never experienced such a high level of service before, not only from Justine and Mona but from the entire staff. It was beyond what we are used to, and it made our stay both relaxing and peaceful. The rooms were amazing, giving us a true sense of...

"Very central location, a minute from the station. Delicious breakfast with local seafood."

"建物は古いかと思ったけれど、部屋はお掃除が行き届いて清潔でした。お風呂は気持ちよかった。 素泊まりでしたが歩いて5分くらいのところに美味しいお店もあり良かったです。"

From about 2:30 I noticed a group of women in kimonos lined up straight like soldiers and forced to stand there until close to 3pm, when it became their job to take me to my room. It was giving managerial power trip. Perhaps some guests would appreciate this pomp and circumstance, but I only felt...
