The renovation is real. New luxury vinyl plank floors run wall to wall. The kitchen was reimagined from the ground up: live-edge cedar peninsula, butcher block counters that stretch across an L-shaped run, a stainless farmhouse sink, and a gas range beneath a pro-grade hood. The Space:
