Breakfast was delicious every morning, and access to Fusion Gym was a great bonus. Most importantly, the staff were exceptional—friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. Highly recommend!"

They thoughtfully arranged two rooms with views of “Windows of the World,” which was perfect for me and my kids. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of food that we really enjoyed. The only downside was the air conditioning—our room had a lingering smell of smoke. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and we would definitely come back."

"The Venice is a charismatic - if a bit tacky - hotel in the heart of Shenzhen, it's situated almost directly on top of the the most central part of the subway providing easy access to the most interesting areas of Shenzhen as well as being close to the primary business area of Hi-Tech Park. The facilies are certainly not lacking and at times may seem a bit too glamourous, even. The staff are proficient at English and perfectly understandable, which for China is a huge plus."

"My second time in this hotel. Super good location for going to Shenzhen North Station in early morning. Restaurants and shopping mall are just down stairs. Staff are nice and the check in check out process is quick and convenient."

"I will not be returning to this place. I was not informed before the booking of the huge construction they have going on. My room was literally in the middle of a construction site. The noise should according to the hotel be from 9-12 and 14-19. The few times I wanted to relax in the hotel room in the mentioned hours, I instantly regretted. It was simply impossible to be there with the noise. Two mornings they even started around 8!
