Excellent! We saw so much wildlife - deer, bats, fish, crabs, and something doglike that was either a young coyote or a fox. There was a lot of evidence of clams under the sand, but we don't like shellfish so we didn't disturb any.
We loved the beach and kayaking. If you plan to go out on the water, make sure you look up the tide tables. The change in water level is impressive!
If you have kids under 5ish... It's a beautiful house with delicate collectible cars and coral on the shelves - best for kids who are old enough to understand look-but-don't-touch, otherwise it will take some effort to move everything to safety and replace them before leaving. We have a 5 year old and didn't need to shift anything, but be prepared for that depending on your kid's personality.
The listing is slightly unclear about number of bedrooms - there are 3 bedrooms and a full size air mattress in a closet.
The internet was good - fast enough for my kid to do his online science camp.
Very minor negative: the driveway was a little tricky for our small compact car - steep gravel. Didn't get stuck, just scary the first time. Try not to arrive after dark the first time and you'll be fine.
Overall, spectacular. Thank you for letting us stay.
