Hoteller nær Shellharbour Private Hospital

"After driving three and a half hours to reach our accommodation, we were shocked to be told on arrival that our room had been cancelled. We received no phone call, email, or any form of communication beforehand. When we spoke to the hotel staff, they repeatedly blamed the third-party booking platform, saying that was the reason for the cancellation. "Staff was excellent. Great service"

"Good"

"Very comfortable air conditioned room with plenty of space. Modern bathroom. Bed was only a double, but we still slept well. Some street noise can be heard from Shellharbour road, albeit nothing that would warrant not staying here. Outdoor tennis court and pool onsite. Only issue we can call out is air-con waste water exits onto patio/verandah and leaves walkways wet while also dripping over the balconey into car park. "Vicky and the reception team were excellent, had a great time with family for my 30th."

"Pretty central location. Apartment as expected and shown on photos online. Comfy beds. Although little strange to have washing machine next to dining table.."

"Det var et skønt sted."

"Værelserne er fantastiske. Og staff er så venlige og hjælpsomme."

"Good location. Really friendly staff. Surprised that the bar closed at 9p.m."

"Super convenient location and bang for buck with this place. Highly recommend as you’re close to all the major shops and the water as well."

"The room was really noisy with earplugs provided. The room was reasonably clean but walls were grubby. Basic room and hotel with basic amenities."

"I've stayed at this motel a few times & every time it's been wonderful from checking in to checking out is great. From Management to staff they are always kind & helpful."

"Had to go 2 different shops to get keys to the room. Also had to pay bond deposit which I am stll waiting to be refunded."

"The photos are misleading. I didn’t realise it was a share bathroom :-("

"So much to do in the area! Great location"
