"This hotel is almost 100 years old and is in excellent condition. Lobby, meeting rooms and pool area as well as the rooms all have been completely renovated and everything looks so nice. I stayed here before any of the renovations had been started and while it was a little outdated, it was a nice clean place to stay. The transformation has been amazing. "

"The property is new and the new food court and bar next door is great. No need to get in your car to get food. They have Mexican and Italian and sandwiches. There is also a bakery and Asian and seafood all in same building. Highly recommend 💕👍"

* disgusting that smoking by pool is ok
* snotty spit and hair in pool
* no service at pool
GENERAL:
* no proper service or cleaning - we have to ask for: cleaning, clean towels, clean sheets, emptying of trash - sometimes they still don’t do it when we have asked for it - it seems like they ddon’t care about customers checked in bc we can’t leave before the booking ends anyway!...
