Thank-you for your review. We do not have a hot tub, checked the amenity list here on the back end and it is not checked as available. We have not in our 16 years hosting offered a hot tub. I apologize for the confusion.

We appreciate your feedback! As hosts at Lake Shore House since 2007 (15 years) we have welcomed many guests / travelers with special physical needs. Lake Shore House has hosted hundreds of guests over the age of 70 since we became hosts in 2007, we have a dozen returning, regular guests over 70 that fully appreciate their repeat, ongoing experience at Lake Shore House. We are one of the few properties that have a dedicated wheelchair ramp. As we can't make guests read our property description and amenities, they clearly state that our property is waterfront (not beachfront). Additionally, the description states clearly what level the bedrooms and bathrooms are located on. As Premier Hosts we like to clarify unsubstantiated guest comments in their reviews, and feel that they need to be publicly addressed, as they are not factual in our experience.
