"All correspondence appears to be AI generated. The hall upstairs was reasonably ok. Bedroom door was disgusting dirty on both sides. Room had a sink with no hotwater. My partner found numerous toe nail clippings on the bedroom floor. The TV remote was missing parts and the TV required wifi. The wifi code...

""I did not stay at this property due to a total failure of service and severe health hazards. Upon arrival, no staff were present and the room was already occupied by two other guests due to a double-booking. The property was in a severe state of disrepair: the door was detached from its hinges, the walls were unwashed, and the bedding had significant biological stains and unwashed pillowcases. "Cliffhanger is a stunning period home in a fabulous location in Cowes. Easy access to all the shops and restaurants in Cowes. Parking is restricted but at the time of year we visited (Sept) we had no issues. The bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable and the roof terrace has fabulous views. The kitchen is well equipped and there is no shortage of games etc in the lounge area if the weather closes in. Our host was charming and very helpful, going the extra mile for us when we had some last...

"The house is very spacious, just as described, and matches the pictures. The location is excellent, and the neighborhood is well-maintained. We felt very comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent, and even a mid-stay cleaning was offered."

"Very close to train station. Very close to large grocery store. Many diverse take-away and dining options in the neighbourhood. We all had our own bedroom. Kitchen was well equipped. Instructions for entry were clear. Door key was tricky at first, but we got the hang of it eventually. Bus routes nearby. No complaints. Would not hesitate to book again. "

"Lovely spacious well equipped house"
