Personalet var flink og imødekommende, men havde svært ved det engelske sprog. Internettet havde super høj hastighed, men jeg måtte downloade en VPN forbindelse for at tilgå mine emails (Google løsning)."

"Virkelig skønt hotel i luksusklassen midt i Shanghais French Concession kvarter der vrimler med restauranter og er ideel til lange gåture. Vi blev opgraderet og fik et meget stort værelse med skønt badeværelse og bløde stole til at læse i. Hotellet er fredet og ligger i sit eget smukke grønne område, der giver en særlig rolig atmosfære midt i en hektisk storby. Hotellet ligger 10 minutter fra en central metro station og kan varmt anbefales til en forlænget weekend i Shanghai."

"Hotel is in very good location . There are lots of restaurants around area and a nice coffee shop just across the street . It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the subway. All staffs of the hotel are friendly and helpful. The room is big and clean. Happy experience for staying in the hotel for two nights."

"The hotel has classic version and modern version in multiple buildings. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Lots good restaurant in a few minutes walking distance and opens until after midnight. The location is very close to main shopping street and restaurants. Our vacation was wonderful!"

I had a fantastic experience at Radisson Blu Hotel Shanghai New World. The location is perfect — right in the center of Shanghai, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The room was spotlessly clean, and the entire hotel was well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Yoki, who went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. "Great hotel in 192 style, (The North Building) so you get a sence of how Shanhai was in the 1920-30 . It is a great location close to the old historic french area and only 5 minutes from the Metro, so you can be at the Nanjing Road within 15 minutes. Ask for a room at the front side."
