"The hotel has clean modern rooms and the interior decor is also modern. The lobby is large with modern restroom facilities also located here. The housekeeping staff are attentive and helpful. The restaurant staff are helpful and friendly. Door/valet staff are pleasant and polite. The location is central but quiet surroundings. "Bom!

"Our stay at The Hotel Imperia was very comfortable. The staff were helpful and made us feel very comfortable and safe. We stayed in a suite which was spacious and idea if you are in a group, you can sit together. The property also had different banquet halls which can be booked for parties or meeting. It is situated in Model Town very hip and trend food establishments and bars. Buzzing with retail shops and eateries. We loved staying there. Will visit again for sure."

"Convenient location. The staff very helpful and the amenities were good! Breakfast was very good as well as dinner and drinks ."

"The hotel and room were very clean. The bed was soft and the room was really cute. The AC worked really well and the staff were quick to help with a couple requests. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!"

"The hotel is owned by new owners and they do not honour bookings through the website. It is a shady joint with spotty wifi. Having said that the staff were very nice and understanding and since I had no other option, i had to book it at much higher price that the one advertised. Dirty towels, dirty room, no toiletries provided etc. the hotel is only for couples who want privacy for an hour or two"

"this hotel is near to the bus stand(walkable distance) and this place is well maintained and the rooms are big enough i was staying in the Club Room and it has a very big space to stay. everything was clean, well placed and equiped with a mini bar in the room. the stay was very comfortable. the staff is very cooperative and always helps you if you need them. the place is safe and no noise reaches your room. if you looking for a place this hotel is worth staying."
