Private ferieboliger i Shady Spring

"House was very clean and comfortable inside, neighborhood was pretty quiet, kids loved the pool. Located about 30-40 minutes from the northern portion of the New River Gorge NP."

"Beautiful property with a homey feeling in a quiet, country-like setting, while having the travelers convenience of a Dollar General store and 2 gas stations less than a mile away. Every room is spacious, including the bathroom. We were especially pleased with the thoughtfulness the owners took into account for younger children, which our granddaughter absolutely loved. The larger deck featured a sturdy tile patio table and 6 chairs, which we took advantage of each day for outdoor breakfast and...

"Great hosts, great place. "

"Perfect for our overnight"

"This house is adorable and was the perfect place to rest after our day in New River Gorge. House is stocked with great amenities, beds were comfortable for our family of 5. Host was great with communication after we contacted with a question after we arrived."

"Perfect for our river fishing trip"

"Wonderful stay! FYI- Maps app doesn't bring up the address. However please take note and print out the details that they give you prior to getting there. Service is spotty in the area. This house is on gravel road and it's secluded. We had a great stay and will definitely rent again if we are back in the area. We enjoyed the corn hole boards and horse shoes for the afternoon wind down. We stayed for 3 days and was able to see all the New River gorge areas in these 3 days. No hiking just taking...

"Our trip was such a great experience! Our host was very informative! The place comes with pretty much everything you need! Very clean and nostalgic to “ simpler times”. Very close to the river where we caught some fish. Bedding was clean and so was other furniture. Very relaxing and quiet spot to stay “ other than the railroad at some times LOL” but such a great place to stay and at the price. Very kid friendly as well! If you’re looking for a relaxing stay and just a great get away trip this is...

"Lovely house with wrap-around porch facing the river. Close to RR tracks if that bothers some, but had a good time there despite the rain (which made the porch even better)."

"My granddaughter and I were traveling it was perfect for the two of us. It was close to our venue. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area."

"There are definitely some issues going on with this rental. The bathroom fills with a scent of raw sewage if you keep the door closed like we did to keep our dog out. You couldn’t even breathe in there with the window opened. I failed to read all of the reviews before I booked it and it seems like I’m not the first person who has had this problem. It is dog friendly, which is wonderful however it is about 15 feet from a road that is 55 miles an hour which makes things very loud with the thin...
