"The parking lot is in need of significant maintenance, as there were numerous potholes throughout the area. We were assigned a room at the back of the property, and parking was somewhat difficult when parking closer to the room. Since the parking area is unpaved, I had to park farther away and carry our suitcases to the room. "Property is great, but massive downside is no WiFi. This should be flagged at top of listing - a note for the owners and Hotels.com/Expedia. Some people may want a place with no WiFi, so it can be a selling point too. But this place has very poor mobile phone reception too.
