Very spacious, nicely furnished, amazing kitchen. Huge balcony and easy walk to the beach.
Annecy is about 4.5kms away so you could walk we wanted to rent bikes, the local bike rentals you just pick up from the racks are only available for locals and under 1 hour. To rent bikes otherwise it is costly. We preferred visiting smaller villages on the lake to visiting Annecy as Annecy was always very very busy and impossible to find parking.
Rental agent met us she was very nice and met us on check out as well. Nice to have underground parking.
Just be advised there is no A/C it did get very hot, and also the wifi did not work the whole time we were there. We did meet the owners and they tried to do anything they could to fix it but it was apparently the whole building affected by the wifi issue.
Great location for a long term stay for visiting other areas in the region, we also visited Aix - les bains and did not like it at all the beach was crazy not a spec of space left. We also visited Lake Geneva, I thought the lake in Annecy was the nicest of the 3.
