Nyligt fuldt renoveret duplex på 100m2 i det historiske hjertet af Sevilla. Beliggende i det rolige San Bernardo og meget centralt beliggende til byens centrum, Santa Cruz, Buhaira og Maria Luisa parken. alt inden for kort gåafstand. Lejligheden har plads til 4 personer med 2 soveværelser og 2 badeværelser. Badeværelser med glasvægge med regnbruser, regelmæssig bruser, toilet, håndvask, hårtørrer, shampoo & shower gel plus masser af rene håndklæder. På 5 minutters gang finder du tog, sporvogn, bus og metrostation San Bernardo. Lejligheden er fuldt udstyret med aircondition og opvarmning. Køkkenet har opvaskemaskine, vaskemaskine, tørretumbler, induktion, Nespresso-maskine og kedel.

Great space, good location

David was a great host, checking in with us before our stay & providing helpful info. Place looked just like the pictures & was close to everything we wanted to see. Slight negatives - mattresses were firm! It’s a city apartment so you hear all the city noises. But, overall, great place for a visit to Sevilla!

Sevilla apto

David was a super host who was very attentive to all my questions. He was helpful too, in many ways. We did have a problem with the ACs not working in both bedrooms but the solution was beyond his control. The apt was stocked with some nice extras and was clean and not too far from the central tourist locations. Thank you David for the nice stay!

Spotless, Attractive Apartment with Excellent Location and Easy Living

We had a wonderful 4-day stay at David and Judith's lovely apartment. In all candor, we echo all the superlatives you find in these reviews. It was easy to locate from anywhere in the city because it is right next to the Iglesia San Bernardo. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable during some of the hottest days on record. The bed was quite comfortable and both showers were wonderful. We marveled at how easy it was to live in this apartment. Everything you need is there. David was a terrific provider of information - we much enjoyed his recommendations for grocery shopping and restaurants both in the neighborhood and elsewhere in Sevilla. We loved the location and found the city to be highly walkable, with many charming sidestreets and parks. For example, we walked to the Alcazar and arrived almost before we knew it. Beyond the very helpful information that was provided prior to our visit, David was admirably responsive, promptly answered every question we had, and arranged for a taxi to convey us to the bus station at the end of our stay. We would return to this delightful apartment and Sevilla in a heartbeat!

Exceptional!

We loved our stay at San Bernardo. The apartment is clean, modern and comfortable with stylish furniture and finishings. It's in a quiet neighbourhood with restaurants and grocery stores nearby and a pleasant 15 minute stroll (at most) to monuments, parks and Seville Centro. David and Judith have obviously taken great care in making their apartment available to guests and their attention to detail makes for an exceptional stay.

A wonderfull experience

The house was very nice, confortable and clean. Position is perfect to visit Siviglia and to enjoy life of the town. We found everything we need and the housekeeper was very kind and ready to satisfy our requests.

Terrific alartment

This apartment was modern everything you need supplied. Bathrooms were Felt like being a local - very comfortable living space. The lady was waiting for us with the keys so no problem checking in. Immaculate bathrooms, showers worked well and soaps supplied. We enjoyed eating in a few nights. Kitchen well stocked. Liked the location(once we found it). Walking distance to everything (if you like to walk) or public transport close by. We liked the church bells ringing. David responded quickly to questions I had (only had them because I did not thoroughly read his instructions and suggestions) A wonderful experience - would love to return. Seville is exceptionally beautiful.

Un verdadero lujo de apartamento, con todos los detalles para tener una estancia sin problemas, tal como se describe en el anuncio. Muy cerca de todo para no tener que mover el coche, a 5 minutos de los jardines de Murillo y a 10 minutos de la plaza de España, dando un agradable paseo. La zona muy tranquila y silenciosa. Para aparcar si vais con coche, con un poco de paciencia podéis aparcar en la misma calle. A un par de calles se puede disfrutar de tranquilos y buenos restaurantes. Gracias, David y Judith, por el detalle de la botella de vino. Días inolvidables en Sevilla. Volveremos

Clean, quiet, stylish, well-equipped and convenient

My teenage daughter and I stayed here for a 3 day visit to Seville and couldn’t be happier with the apartment and the whole process. Excellent pre-travel communication with the owner (David) and someone was at the property to check us in when we arrived. The space was immaculately clean. Comfortable and stylish furniture - exactly as pictured in the listing. All amenities - high speed wi-fi, bath products, coffee - were provided. Location is terrific. In the very quiet and peaceful San Bernardo neighborhood a short walk to most major attractions (cathedral, real alcázar, plaza de españa, etc.). We would love to visit Sevilla again and will definitely stay in this apartment when we do.

Seville : perfect base to explore Andalusia

We had a great time and this accomodation is perfectly located to explore Seville AND other cities. The accommodation is comfortable and well appointed. It is within walking distance of the Cathedral, Alcazar etc ( half an hour ) but also the metro and tram are close by and easy to use. Seville is a great city for just wandering through the parks and enjoying the unexpected. We also went on day trips to Cadiz ( from San Bernardo Station) and Córdoba ( from San Justa station - for the fast train). Again both stations are close by . Recommended restaurants were fine, particularly Alcaza - just around the corner, a little more expensive but perfect way to end our Spanish holiday. We had a few minor queries during our stay and really appreciated David’s responsiveness. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful, comfortable property

Our time in Sevilla was fantastic but much too short. The apartment was impeccable and very comfortable for our family of four. It would be great for a longer stay too. We really enjoyed the Semana Santa (Holy Week) celebrations and processions. It meant a lot of people but worth the experience. Our host was incredibly accommodating and helpful with recommendations for activities, sights and restaurants. He made our visit an immersion into Sevilla culture.

This is a beautiful apartment close to many historical attractions. Highly recommend!

This two bedroom, 2 bath apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for an 8 night stay. Walking distance to many historical attractions. The owners provide a number of personal items such as handsoaps,shampoo, laundry soap. The washing machine is very convenient for doing laundry.

One of the nicest and cleanest apartments we have stayed in

Beautiful clean and functional apartment that has been thoroughly modernized. Not the usual short-stay apartment (either the owner lives there and it is full of clutter or they don't live there and don't spend more than the absolute minimum to maintain). This apartment has space, light (lots of windows), excellent air conditioning and is nicely furnished. Beds are very comfortable and the two bathrooms and kitchen are functional and stylish. Very safe, easy walk to the main attractions, very helpful neighbor and host, and a very enjoyable place to stay. I highly recommend this apartment and will certainly stay there the next time we are in Sevilla.
