Desværre dobbelt lagn på luxus hotel, burde være dyner, og hovedpuder meget hårde. Resten af hotel ophold var perfekt, super lokation, og service og mad på hotellet var perfekt

Dark days
I booked this hotel as it was one of the few which offered a "family room". To our surprise, our room was facing an inner "patio" - facing the windows of many other rooms. There was almost no interior light, and the light inside was of a pale yellow. Living in Scandinavia, and travelling to Spain because of our wish for sun, this was a big disappointment. We have small kids, and spent a lot of time in our dark room :-( I went to the lobby once to see if I could get another experience, but the sofas are not comfortable to sit in for an extended period of time, there was a lot of movement and a bottle of water was very pricy. In summary, it was the wrong hotel for us. Perhaps its better for business persons or couples spending just a couple of days. We were there almost a week.

An excellent 5-star establishment. I highly recommend the red-level cathedral view of the city. I was on the seventh floor with a breathtaking city view and had access to the executive lounge.

I will definitely be staying at this hotel again. We chose this hotel due to location and also the luxury of it from my mother‘s 90th birthday. The staff was unbelievable. I’ve never stayed six nights in a hotel before and when I left, I felt like I was family.. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay the best ever and they exceeded all expectations Would like to, especially give a shout out to Oscar, bartender, Andres, and Alberto. There are so many more that I did not get their names, but these three stood out for going above and beyond customer service and friendliness. See you in May 2025

Staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, and everything we needed was provided. The hotel is in a great location within a short walk to the cathedral and the Alcázar. The breakfast was delicious. The view from the rooftop pool was amazing.

My stay at a class-act hotel
My trip to the beautiful city of Seville was enriched by my stay at the Gran Melia Colón. The staff were very accommodating, friendly, and competent. The food was outstanding, which led expectedly to my gaining a few pounds. The red-level room was particularly inviting and comfortable.
