Recently completely renovated, this bright and modern apartment is located in a centenary building in the old part of the Triana neighborhood. Its four balconies to the street give it an incredible luminosity and the integral renovation made gives it a modern air. Equipped with A / C and heating, washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, smart TV, microwave, cot, bathtub and high chair for baby, so that your stay in Seville is comfortable. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of them in the double bedroom. Parking is included in the price
THE SPACE
The apartment is located on the first floor of a centenary building located inside the Triana neighborhood, the most unique neighborhood in Seville. The building is only 3 houses and does not have an elevator.
It is located in a very quiet area but very close to the monumental area of Seville (just 10 minutes walk from the Torre del Oro). It is a very quiet area because there are no noisy businesses in the area.
Parking is located in a nearby street located 4-5 minutes walk from the apartment. It is a private parking lot in the basement of a building. Both access and circulation inside is comfortable. The square is wide (We have parked a small van)
The apartment is very comfortable in every way. It has two full bathrooms, which makes it ideal for couples traveling together or families. The living room and kitchen are integrated in the same space. All the utensils and furniture is new (November 2019). The TV is a Smart TV with Netflix pre installed. If you are Netflix users you can use your code to enjoy your series and movies.
The kitchen is equipped with what is necessary for cooking. There is enough utensils for 4 people. We have glasses of wine and dishwasher to clean the message. We will leave you tablets for the dishwasher. We also have a washer / dryer although you must bring your own detergent.
At the entrance there is a small closet where you can leave shoes and coats. The floor of the apartment is wooden floor, so it is warm and you can be barefoot.
The bedrooms are distributed around the corridor of the house. The master bedroom is located at the bottom of the hall and has a suite bathroom equipped with a shower. The bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed (1.50 m x 2.00 m). The second bedroom has 2 comfortable single beds each measuring 90 x 200 cm. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and the beds are recently acquired (October 2019). The second bathroom also equipped with shower, is accessed from the hallway. The hot water production system is by city gas, so it is unlimited and you will not lack hot water.
The apartment has a hot / cold air conditioning unit for independent units for each bedroom and living room, so you can adjust the temperature differently in each room.

It is a residential building where people who have the right to live in harmony with the guests who visit us live permanently. We strongly urge you to respect the hours of rest and to treat the common elements of the building with respect and care.

1.- If you have any problem with the operation of any equipment in the apartment or in the building we ask that you notify us as soon as possible. We want to be worthy of a good evaluation.
2.- If you have any problem in the city, any doubt about how to get something, you need some advice about Seville, etc., we ask you to let us know, we will be happy to help you.
Our Check in team will be contactable throughout your stay at [hidden]. Our guest reception team will meet you at the apartment to explain how it works, show you the parking place and give you some tips on monuments, restaurants, flamenco shows ... They will try to answer all of our guests' questions.
In any case we have prepared for you extensive documentation where you can find recommendations and information of all kinds on means of transport, places to eat, have a few beers, some delicious sweets and / or enjoy a flamenco show. We have also included supermarkets, pharmacies, medical centers, telephone numbers of interest and of course maps and recommended visits, especially taking into account the tastes of the smallest of the house, with a specific guide for them. We love doing this because in Seville we love our city and we want to show our best treasure. I always say that we will do our best to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Our apartment is very close to the Guadalquivir River, in the Historic District of Seville and within the Triana District, one of the most famous in the world, cradle of great flamingos, bullfighters and potters.
It is very well located to enjoy the processions of Holy Week, the famous April Fair and a bullfight.
Very close to the apartment there is a supermarket of the Mercadona chain, open every day from 9.30 to 21.30 except Sundays. Very close to the apartment there is a square where you can find 3 bars, all with good tapas and good fried fish
ADDRESSES
It is a quiet street but at the same time very close to all the places of interest and surrounded by all the services you may need, without having to resort to a different means of transport to your own legs, if you wish. In any case, you are close to bus, taxi and metro stops.
To visit the city center we recommend that you walk to the Torre del Oro. All the monuments of the city are in that area.
The best and cheapest way to get to the apartment from the airport is by bus. The stop called 'Torre del Oro' is a 10-minute walk from the apartment. If you wish I can send you a map with the route to get from the bus stop to the house. There is only one bus from the airport called EA, whose stop is at the exit of the arrival area. The frequency is 23 minutes and is operating from 4:30 to 0:00. The price is € 4.00 per person and trip and the journey time is approximately 30 minutes to the stop called 'Torre del Oro'. The taxi is more comfortable, but it is a bit more expensive (around € 24 € -30)
From the Santa Justa train station there is no good connection with buses to the apartment. There are two options to take a taxi. (whatever the meter + € 1.40 supplement). The second option is, If you arrive in Seville by AVE, you should know that you have a commuter train ticket included in each ticket. Take the line that takes you to San Bernardo (one stop). When you leave the station of San Bernardo go to the subway and take the line direction city expo and get off at the 'Plaza de Cuba' stop and from there a short 3 minute walk to the apartment.
