"The apartment was in a good area with the centre an easy walk away but there was also lots to explore locally, including the fabulous food at Contenedor restaurant, just a few steps away. The apartment was clean, beautifully decorated and carefully arranged over a number of floors. The terrace was a lovely place to come back to after walking around Seville, with the sounds of the bars and chatter below. It was a great place to rest before heading out for dinner. "The unit was so great with two bathrooms and the rooftop was great! It is in a great location, convenient to walk to sights and a quick cab ride to train station. It is located above a restaurant and bar so it’s a bit noisy until midnight. If you do as the locals do, this is not a problem as dinners are eaten late so bedtime is late as well."

"Loved the location. Close to restaurants, bars, churches, routes into the center of town, food stores and taxis yet super quiet in the actual home. The house had room for family and a fabulously equipped kitchen. The rooftop was beautiful. Communication with the owners was extremely responsive. Clean and super comfortable beds. A fabulous home away from home and perfect to explore all of Seville. Cannot wait to return."

"This is a beautiful house in a quiet location in the centre of this beautiful city. A 15 minute walk will take you most of the main attractions and there is a small supermarket nearby. One of the great things about the house was the number of bathrooms as well as the great roof terrace. Highly recommended"

Seuls bémols : des odeurs provenant des toilettes (chambres) correspondant a dés remontées de canalisations, et un moteur de VMC bruyant au niveau du rooftop qui est dû à un probleme de fixation causant des vibrations. One of our favorite things was the perfect location to walk to just about anything, all the sights, restaurants, shops, etc. There was plenty of room for all of us (7, three grown kids, two spouses). "This place would have gotten 5 stars all around if it wasn't for the kitchen being on the top of three floors. Our group was mainly over 50 years old and after a day of walking the beautiful city of Seville, the last thing we wanted to do was to climb stairways in the rental house. Hopefully, they will be able to replace the air conditioning controller for the one bedroom. All other rooms had controllers. Each room has it's own bathroom. "My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our two-month stay in Carlos’ outstanding Andalusian home. Although we had no language in common, we communicated easily when necessary via Google Translate and What’s App, and Carlos and Jose were always helpful. The only things we missed were a bath tub and some outdoor space where we could sit in the fresh air. Saying that though, we look forward to returning next year."

"Great apartments, great service and a really great location. And Sevilla city center is just outside the door. The roof top swimming pool area is really nice too if you want to enjoy the sun. They've got no breakfast but there is a really nice "Panther"-coffeshop on the other side of the street - they make great food. If we come back to Sevilla, we will definitely choose Aquitania again =)"
