Step inside the Smoky Mountain Barndominium- a uniquely renovated barn featuring spacious, cozy and comfortable spaces to entertain, relax, and unwind with the entire group! The cabin spreads over two spacious floors. The main living area is a vast open floor plan which successfully combines the warm living room with the inviting dining area and the fully equipped kitchen. A wide staircase leads to the fun loft overlooking the living room, while sunlight shines on every corner of the cabin through numerous large picture windows. The chef in your family will LOVE the large fully-equipped kitchen, while the game fanatics will go crazy over the pool table, foosball table, game table, and shuffleboard table! Experience the spectacular Smoky Mountains from our unique oasis, where you'll have hours of fun and create unforgettable memories with your loved ones!

Our newly installed pool is an elevated pool that hangs out of the edge of the bank with windows on the end and a large deck! Play in the yard, sit around the fire pit or the hot tub, soak up the sun next to the pool, take a relaxing stroll down to the magical pond, and much more at the amazing Smokey Mountain Barndominium! While the inside of this unique stay is incredible... we have a feeling that you will be spending most of your time outside during your stay!

• We use high-quality, sustainable mattresses and linens
• We offer a drip coffee maker so that you can reduce your single-use pod disposable, while opting for a pot of coffee to eliminate waste!
• All of our toiletries are eco-friendly, clean products that come with reusable dispenser bags to eliminate waste.
• We use LED lighting throughout the home to minimize electricity usage. Thanks to the natural sunshine, you can soak in the sun that floods this home through all of the large windows, without using excessive home lightning during the day!

Please Note:

1. Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note, if we find evidence of an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and guests will be charged a $400 non-refundable fine. This is also grounds for immediate removal of the guests from the home.

2. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $200.00 / per day.

3. Note that we do have a security camera at the home, and it is recording 24/7, 365 days a year. It is facing the exterior of the home and the outside pool. There are no cameras inside the home.

4. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time. No parties, events or fireworks. We want to preserve the home and property for future guests.

5. Upon booking, each guest will receive a guest rental agreement. This must be signed before the House Manual (which includes access instructions for the property) is sent.

6. We now have Starlink! This upgrade allows for the best signal this home has experienced!

7. The pool is open from April 1st to November 1st! The pool is cantilevered 25' in the air. Please use caution and be responsible when using.

8. We provide complimentary 24/7 communication to ensure that your stay exceeds your expectations! Please reach out to us day or night and we will provide you with a swift response!

9. There are NO LONG CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS! We want for you to be able to fully enjoy every minute of your stay at the barndominium!
