Blue Vista is one of the most beautiful, tasteful, coziest, and most convenient cabins we have in the Smokies! This 5 bedroom/4-bathroom home spared no expense in making it such a home away from home for guests. With fireplaces throughout, hot tub, pond, firepit, pool table, arcade games, tons of cozy couches, it being pet-friendly, and amazing kitchens straight out of Southern Living (perfect place to spend your holidays at), you’re never going to want to leave Blue Vista!

Blue Vista is made up of two different homes that you have all to yourself, so this is perfect for a multi-family vacation. The home with the fenced-in front yard is called Blue Haze Lodge and has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in it. The bedroom on the main level has 2 double beds in it and a full bathroom with walk-in shower next to it. Also on the main level is a game room with an arcade game, electric fireplace, bar area with mini fridge, TV, huge Connect 4, a card table, and the cabinets are stocked with games to play!

The fenced-in front yard has views of mountain peaks in the distance, making it PERFECT for family, engagement, or wedding photos. There is also a brand new park-style grill in this area. The fenced-in backyard has a gorgeous pond, tons of trees, and lots of space that would also make for stunning photos and events. Both of these spaces are going to make your dogs very happy! The backyard also has a bubbling hot tub, a pond, a firepit, a park style charcoal grill, a table to sit at, and cornhole boards!

Blue Vista has a ton of space, is conveniently located, is pet friendly, has all the amenities a family could want- you’ll want to come back year after year!

No smoking allowed inside this cabin. Use ashtrays or ash buckets on the porches and DO NOT litter.

Winding mountain roads to cabin. Do not feed the bears or wildlife.

This home welcomes your dogs, but please register and pay for your dog when placing your reservation. Pet Policies overview: 2 dog limit, 60 lbs per dog, not allowed on furniture, must be crated if left at the cabin. Guests are financially responsible for damages, and/or extra cleaning needed as a result of dogs, ESAs, or service animals.

STARTER KIT AT CABIN INCLUDES:
● 1 roll of toilet paper per restroom
● 1 roll of paper towels per kitchen area
● 1 small bar of soap per bathroom sink
● 4 towels and 2 wash clothes per F/Q/K bed
● 2 towels and 1 wash cloth per twin bed
● 1 kitchen set: 1 hand towel, 1 washcloth, starter kit of dish detergent
● NOTE: If staying 3+ days, you may need more of these items and are responsible for providing extras. If you want fresh towels/sheets, please bag up your used linens and bring them to our office for a linen exchange.
