● Any unauthorized pet will result in $300 charge per unauthorized pet and you may be asked to leave.

● Guests MUST BE 21 years of age or older to book.

● Maximum occupancy is 13 persons.

● Maximum of 4 vehicles allowed.

● A $500 security hold is placed 3 days prior to check-in and released 3 days after check-out.

● NO fireworks, parties, or loud music permitted at any time. Please be respectful of nearby neighbors.

● NO Smoking of any substance is a permitted inside Redtail Retreat. You are welcome to smoke outdoors.

● A starter supply of toilet paper and paper towels is provided. Additional supplies may need to be purchased.

● Please be advised that Game Room with single beds are in detached garage with NO restroom.

● The hot tub is for guests 18 and over. Guests under 18 may use hot tub under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Please refrain from using the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or narcotics for your safety. Pregnant woman and elderly persons should consult doctor before use. Use the hot tub At Your Own Risk.

● Infrared Sauna and workout room are for guests 18 years and over only. Pregnant woman and elderly persons should consult doctor before use of infrared sauna. Use infrared sauna At Your Own Risk.

● Firepit Guidelines: Always supervise the firepit and never leave it unattended. Use only dry firewood or approved fire starters, avoiding flammable liquids. Maintain a safe distance, especially for children and pets, and ensure the fire is fully extinguished with water or sand after use. Remove all food to avoid attracting wildlife.

● Check-in begins at 4pm on the date of your reservation and will end at 10am on your check-out date. Early check-in may be accommodated based on availability, and we will inform you know if the cabin is ready prior to 4pm.

● Please note that aluminum foil, condiments, zip locks, and charcoal are not provided. Kindly plan accordingly

● You may see bears. To ensure your safety and that of the bears, please keep doors and windows locked at all times. Avoid leaving food or trash outside, as these can attract bears to the cabin. Our guidebook provides additional tips for safely enjoying your stay while respecting the local wildlife.

● Due to the mountainous location, cell service may be spotty.

● The journey to the cabin involve some winding roads.

● For winter stays, we highly recommend a 4-wheel drive vehicle as the roads may be snowy or icy.

● Being nestled in the mountains/ forest, you may see bugs or critters. We diligently maintain the cabin with regular pest control, but keeping the doors closed and food stored properly will help prevent unwanted visitors.

● Prior to your arrival, you will receive an electronic house manual prior that contains all the essential information you need to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Retail Retreat.
