🔥 ELECTRIC FIREPLACE
▪️ Our electric fireplace, which only served a purpose for ambiance mood lighting, rather than for heat, is no longer functioning. Please note that a working electric fireplace is no longer part of our amenities.
⛰️ MOUNTAIN DRIVING ⚠️
▪️ Please be mindful that you are renting a cabin in the mountains. Most roads in our area are well maintained but will be curvy, steep and narrow due to being located in the mountains. There are limited streetlights on mountain roads. These are city roads, so we cannot guarantee any road surface condition. No changes or refunds are given due to fear of heights or roads.
▪️ Snow tire chains and/or 4-wheel drive vehicles are highly encouraged during winter months in the event of inclement weather.
▪️ We cannot control the weather and no refunds will be given due to weather conditions, so we recommend the purchase of Travel Insurance for all planned vacations. Travel Insurance will protect your Investment in the event of a weather event that would make roads impassable to vehicles with 4WD and/or chains.

Please remember that you're staying in a home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action as soon as possible, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
