🔹 Primary renter must be above the age of 25years
🔹 Maximum capacity 14 persons
🔹 Valid ID to be provided for verification required at booking
🔹 Signed renter’s agreement required immediately after booking
🔹 No open fire or fire pits in the house or in the neighborhood
🔹 Check-in at 4 pm and checkout at 10 am
🔹 5 Cars can be parked at the Cabin
🔹 Trash disposal in the bear proof bins located Infront of the cabin
🔹 No parties or events are allowed
🔹 No smoking or illegal drug use
🔹 Quiet hours are 11 pm to 7 am
🔹 Only two dog less than 50 lbs allowed with pet fee of $100 per pet (No other pets are allowed.)
🔹 Pets must be listed in booking
🔹 Details of all guests, pets, and vehicles are required at the time of booking
🔹 Review and follow pet policy during the stay
🔹 No fireworks are allowed in the house or outside in the neighborhood
🔹 No spray tanning, henna, hair dyes, or glitter use allowed in the house
🔹 Charge of $25 per hour for early check-in and/or late check-out, allowed only when there are no other check-ins or check-outs on that day
🔹 No illegal internet downloads or commercial filming allowed
🔹 For safety, security cameras installed only at the front and sides of the house
🔹 Supplies provided are as a starter pack; guests are responsible for additional supplies if required

🏊‍♂️INDOOR POOL RULES

Please help us keep the pool safe and enjoyable for everyone by following these guidelines:
🔹Swim at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty.
🔹Children must be supervised by an adult at all times in or near the pool.
🔹No running, pushing, or rough play around the pool area.
🔹No diving from pool edges or surrounding surfaces.
🔹No glass containers in or around the pool area.
🔹No alcohol, outside food, or drinks are allowed.
🔹No cups, bottles, or tumblers are permitted in the pool area.
🔹No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the clubhouse or pool area.
🔹Do not tamper with pool equipment, pumps, heaters, or controls.
🔹Do not use the pool during storms, lightning, or severe weather.
🔹Swim diapers are required for children who are not toilet trained.
🔹Please keep the pool area clean and dispose of trash properly.
🔹Report any safety concerns or maintenance issues right away.


🌟 HOT TUB RULES

🔹 Maximum of 8 persons
🔹 No food or drink in the hot tub
🔹 No jumping or diving
🔹 No glassware around the hot tub
🔹 No infants (under 1 year), pregnant women, or people under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medications allowed in the hot tub
🔹 Children (2-16 years) must be accompanied by an adult in the hot tub
🔹 Do not enter the hot tub if the temperature is above 104°F
🔹 Use only the pool towels, not the white bath towels, for hot tub use
🔹 No body lotions or tanning creams allowed; shower before entering the hot tub
🔹 Turn off the high jets after each use
🔹 Replace the hot tub cover after every use
🔹 Do not sit or lie down on the cover
🔹 Leave the hot tub in the same condition as it was found
🔹 Anyone with heart issues, seizures, high or low blood pressure, or any other serious medical condition should consult a doctor before using the hot tub

🌟STEAM SAUNA RULES:

🔹 Maximum of 2 people
🔹 No food or drinks inside the Sauna
🔹 Pregnant women, elderly women, or persons suffering from heart diseases, diabetes, and high or low blood pressure should not use the sauna.
🔹 Do not use saunas under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
🔹 Use by children under 16 years of age is prohibited.
🔹 Long exposure to sauna temperatures may result in nausea, dizziness, and/or fainting.
🔹 Observe a reasonable time limit. 10 minutes is recommended.
🔹 Do not exceed 15 minutes.
🔹 Commercial swim attire, workout shorts and shirts, or towels must be worn while using the sauna.
