Check in was easy. Everything was nice except for the dishwasher not working and was told that no one would be there to fix it. Had a lot of people so therefore a lot of dishes to hand wash. Washer and dryer could be updated but did the job. It was everything as described and had enough room for everyone (13). Kids enjoyed the games and a tv for every room. Theater room was nice. Would recommend this cabin to anyone that has a large group. Not too steep of a road.

Couples get-a-way

This is something is five couples have been doing for twelve years. I was disappointed that for a four day stay, listed sleeps 16 and there was only 16 towels and washcloths. Issues with the oven, had to get Maintenance out. Issues with fireplace in basement master suite. Could not run fireplace until fire marshal inspected the equipment. The kitchen sink leaks. Just think a good punch list hasn’t been performed in some time.

Great property but couldn’t find it!

Do NOT follow the directions on VRBO. It took us an hour away from the actual cabin. Our trip got off to a very bad start because of this. We would not rent from these people again.

Pinnacle Vista Cabin Review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was an opportunity for our family to get together as a replacement trip for one we had to cancel due to Covid. The Tennessee location worked well as all of us could drive to the cabin. We found a number of hiking trails within a 30 minute to hour drive - beautiful hikes. The cabin itself was a great size and fit for a family of 13. The kids enjoyed the movie room and game room specifically. I would suggest that the cabin be inspected for some of the maintenance issues that come up with large group use. Furnishings look a bit tired, outside picnic table could be replaced, dishwasher door drops down too far, cookware not the greatest, kitchen faucet needs some work. Curtains/blinds need cleaned.

Nice large cabin for family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a nice large cabin that comfortably handled our family of six adults and five young children. The location is excellent and you can get anywhere in Pigeon Forge or Sevierville in less than 20 minutes. The mountain view from the deck was great and really enjoyed sunrises over the mountains. A couple suggestions would be to include some starter basics like coffee filters (maybe even starter coffee), more blankets or throws for the colder months and adequate soap, toilet paper and paper towels. A few of these little extra touches would change this from a 4-1/2 to 5 star review. We own several vacation rental properties and have found that these extra touches get mentioned in reviews and are great for repeat guest visits at minimal cost. It can differentiate you from being just another rental.

Theater room and game room were perfection. We will definitely stay at this cabin for years to come!

Refreshing!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It really was perfect for our group of 6 couples. Very clean and in a safe area, we found that it met our needs. The only negatives to the stay were: 1. No chairs in the bedroom. It would have been nice to sneak away from the others, but there was nowhere to sit. 2. Parking was pretty tight for 6 cars. 5 cars would have easily fit. Unfortunately, we had 6. None of this hurt out trip really. It just made it a tad bit complicated. All in all, the stay was wonderful! We would definitely stay again.

Pinnacle Vista Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place with tons of space inside. Pool table and foosball were great! The view was gorgeous and the neighbourhood was very quiet and relaxing. However there were some dishes that were pretty dirty in the cupboards, a used bandaid on a bathroom floor and the hot tub only got up to 98 degrees. It’s only access was through two of the occupied bedrooms.

AMAZING

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed in multiple places in the Smokeys and this is by far my favorite. Wonderful rooms, beds were extremely comfortable. It was super clean and very well kept. The view was also amazing as well. The only negative was that, while we were checking out, there was a scorpion in one of the showers while we were putting the dirty towels in there. Other than that, I will most definitely be staying here again very soon.
