  • Your family will be close to all the action in our cozy mountain home. Less than 3 miles to The Island and less than 7 miles to Dollywood! Only 1 mile away from the Smoky Mountain Alpine Coaster!

    Our home is family and dog friendly! Newly installed swing set keeps the kids busy while you relax by the fire-pit. Take a soak in the hot tub after a day exploring the Smoky Mountain National Park or Dollywood. We are conveniently located to all the attractions but in a quiet and peaceful setting. No steep roads!

    Upstairs has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room and fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon wine on the front deck and watch for wildlife. Relax in the hot tub after a day of exploring. Downstairs is the kids domain. Two twin bunk beds (with slide), large smart tv, led lights, and plenty of books, toys and games. Game room has foosball, big buck hunter, PacMan and street fighter full size arcades, and a poker table. Two player basketball and foosball in the garage. Pets breeds and weight must be disclosed at booking. Property has outdoor video security surveillance at driveway, backyard, and main entryways.

The property owner was very attentive to our needs and replied promptly. The rooms were clean and the house had a great set up for kids due to the downstairs bunk beds and game room. The hot tub needs a walkway but overall was enjoyable. We loved the surrounding woods . The house was very close to downtown .

Nice place, steep driveway. One of the arcade games wasn't working but they told us about it. We had to flip the breaker to get the hot tub on, the A/C is sub par, cool downstairs but we each (3 rooms) had to use fans in the upstairs or main floor. Location is great, host is awesome. Good WiFi and nice and clean. The grill was old and we couldn't get it to light so we used the stove/oven all week. No biggie for us,l. Nice appliances, hot tub was nice, tons of room for 5 adults, one teenager and 3 children, plus a dog! Overall good for us.

This house was fantastic. It had a great hot tub, was very conveniently located, and was clean and well kept. The beds were comfortable, kitchen was adequately stocked, and the downstairs play room was loved by my two boys. We were a little sad the Big Buck Hunter game was out of order, but everything else was awesome! We hope to stay here again on our next trip to Pigeon Forge.

Daughter enjoyed the toy room and playset. We had issues with the video games. Big buck hunter didn't turn on and the other video games we could not get an internet connection with.

The house was great. The games were good for my young granddaughter, and the house was set up well for the families needs. It was also close to everything that we were interested in during this trip. Thank you to the owners. I have short term rented for family trips many times, and I will say that the simple amenities were not available, but Kroger is just up the road to pick up the basics.

The ac was broken when we entered the home - it was already 84 degrees. Melissa, the host, was very quick with messaging. However, we spent our first night in a very hot house and learned the following afternoon a new motor was ordered. The repair person fixed the issue temporarily, (as he said - “Until it craps out again.”) We continually worried if it would hold on for the week. We planned to use the grill, but it wasn’t working. My daughter purchased rug tape from Amazon to hold down the curled up corner of the living room rug. Don’t get me wrong - we liked the house a lot. We started off on such a bad note with the ac - and have yet to learn if we will be reimbursed for the first night.

Great family vacation house. Our kids(2,4,7) all loved the house and loved playing all the games. (So did the parents). The house felt secluded but was an easy drive to just about everywhere we wanted to go for the week.

Cute cabin, kid friendly

Very comfortable home with a whole basement for the kids and for play. The location was great. It was both quiet and close to the entertainment. The last curve is sharp, otherwise an easy drive.

Best Child Friendly Stay

The location was fantastic, the house was clean, comfortable and the best place ever for kids. The hot tub was great, the playground and extra yard room was wonderful. We was surprised to see toys already there. We loved it we will be booking at this location again in the future!

Nice getaway away from the crowds.

Nice quiet cabin in the woods. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist area to feel secluded but close enough to enjoy if you choose to. We enjoyed going to Dollywood and driving into Gatlinburg for Great Smoky National Park.Cabin was clean and had a lot of amenities to enjoy. My husband and teenager enjoyed the game room. We had wanted to enjoy the hot tub but didn’t have enough time to.Owner was quick to respond to any questions. It was a very enjoyable stay for us.

We had a small problem when we arrived and I contacted the owner. She was very polite and said she would check with the management company. A little rough around the edges but was pretty good overall. The beds definitely need to be replaced.

Thanksgiving vacay

We had an amazing time at this property…plenty of room to move!!! The kids loved the downstairs area… would be perfect for an adult friends weekend too… close to everything yet in a quiet neighborhood… we cooked thanksgiving dinner at the house… played games… went to Dollywood and the Island… the kitchen was small… but it accommodated all 6 of us… so NO COMPLAINTS!!! It was perfect. All the conveniences are super close and easy to get to....PERFECT FAMILY FUN.
