HUNTER JACKS HOUSE RULES

Thank you for choosing Hunter Jacks! Please help us keep our cabin beautiful and enjoyable for all guests by following these house rules.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
• Check-In: 4:00 PM
• Check-Out: 10:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out must be approved in advance.
• Unauthorized late departures may result in additional charges.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
• Maximum occupancy is 8 guests.
• Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless prior approval is given.

NO PETS
• ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED.
• Unauthorized pets will result in additional cleaning fees and possible eviction without refund.

NO SMOKING
• Smoking, vaping, and the use of e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited inside the cabin.
• A minimum $300 cleaning fee will be charged for evidence of smoking inside the property.

HOT TUB RULES
• Use the hot tub at your own risk.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• No glass containers in or around the hot tub.
• Please replace and secure the cover after each use.
• Do not adjust hot tub settings.

FIREPLACE
• Gas fireplace is available October 1 through February 28.
• Do not attempt to service, adjust, or tamper with the fireplace.

GAME ROOM
• Please treat all game equipment with care.
• Guests are responsible for damage caused by misuse or neglect.

QUIET HOURS
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Please be respectful of neighboring properties and the peaceful mountain environment.

PARTIES & EVENTS
• No parties, events, weddings, or large gatherings without prior written approval.
• Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund.

PARKING
• Park only in designated parking areas.
• Do not block roads, neighboring driveways, or emergency access routes.

TRASH
• Please place all trash in designated outdoor containers.
• Do not leave food or trash outside as it may attract wildlife.

WILDLIFE
• Bears and other wildlife are common in the Smoky Mountains.
• Do not feed, approach, or leave food outside for wildlife.
• Keep vehicle doors locked and remove food from vehicles.

DAMAGES
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
• Report any damage, maintenance concerns, or accidents immediately.

SECURITY & SAFETY
• Lock all doors and windows when leaving the cabin.
• Use caution on decks, stairs, and outdoor areas, especially during wet or icy conditions.
• Guests assume responsibility for their own safety and the safety of their children.

DEPARTURE CHECKLIST
Before checking out, please:
• Load and start the dishwasher.
• Place used towels in bathrooms.
• Remove all food from the refrigerator.
• Secure all windows and doors.
• Turn off lights and small appliances.
• Ensure the hot tub cover is secured.

Failure to follow house rules may result in additional fees, cancellation of the reservation, or removal from the property without refund.
