The Neighborhood:

Bring the whole family to this spacious 6-bedroom, 5-bath cabin tucked away in the Smoky Mountains but only minutes from the excitement of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Kids and adults alike will love the endless attractions nearby—Dollywood, Splash Country, Ripley’s Aquarium, mountain coasters, mini-golf, arcades, go-karts, and fun dinner shows! Outdoor lovers can hike scenic trails in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park or try ziplining and rafting adventures. After a full day of family fun, return to your private mountain retreat to relax in the hot tub, roast marshmallows by the firepit, or challenge each other to games of pool, air hockey, and arcade fun in the game room. With plenty of space and unforgettable mountain views, this cabin is the perfect family getaway!



Getting Around:

-Dollywood: ~20 minutes (about 11 miles)

-Downtown Pigeon Forge (The Island, Parkway): ~18 minutes (about 10 miles)

-Downtown Gatlinburg (Parkway, Anakeesta, Ripley’s Aquarium): ~28 minutes (about 16 miles)

-Sugarlands Visitor Center – Great Smoky Mountains National Park entrance (Gatlinburg side): ~32 minutes (about 20 miles)



Other Things to Note:

* Brand New Community in Pigeon Forge, so GPS may not be able to identify the location. Kindly follow instructions on your welcome letter

* Although we love pets, this is not a pet friendly cabin.

* Hot tub takes a few hours to heat up after it has been cleaned and sanitized after the previous guests checked out.

* All refunds from cancellations may be subject to a 4% credit card processing fee depending on how you booked the property, meaning some listing sites may have the fee and some may not.

*Unfortunately, we cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day.

* We kindly ask that if you need a late checkout that you get approval 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.
