➣This 1200 sqft cabin is the perfect getaway for those seeking serenity and relaxation. This peaceful cabin has 2 separate levels, STEAMING HOT TUB, FUN GAME ROOM, TWO FULL BATHROOMS, and best of all, A BREATHTAKING VIEW. This cabin promises to be an UNFORGETTABLE ESCAPE for your family.
➣The upstairs sleeping area is an open loft with a King Bed. This sleeping area is not enclosed

➣Located in the Bluff Mountain Area, you are close enough to all the attractions yet secluded enough to be away from all the madness
[ROAD CONDITIONS]
➣This cabin is for the adventurous type. If you want to enjoy the views then you'll have to drive up the mountain. You'll be glad you did
➣There are sections of the road that are very narrow and will only allow one car at a time. Be prepared to share the road
➣The main road is very steep and cars with 2WD might struggle especially when it rains or if there are leaves on the ground
➣We highly recommend 4WD or AWD especially snowy weather

➣Your own PRIVATE OASIS – a Hot Tub tucked away at the back of the cabin, ensuring total privacy.
➣We have string lights to enhance the mood!
➣To ensure your safety and comfort, the hot tub is thoroughly CLEANED, DRAINED AND REFILLED with fresh water after each guest's stay, it may not be fully heated upon your arrival. We use bromine tablets to maintain water quality.

➣Due to high mineral content in the soil, the water is easily impacted by Iron, Sulfur or a combination of both

➣Iron in the water may be soluble at first (meaning the water is clear) and later precipitates to form a brownish tint
➣We encourage you to bring bottled water to drink

➣We strive for perfection but that's not always attainable. No cabin or host is perfect. We will bend over backwards to make things right
➣If you see something then say something.
➤If there is an amenity or feature that's not working as intended, then we would like to know about it.
➤If you let us know then we will attempt to fix it, even during your stay, as long as we get your permission
➤If you deem the issue not urgent then we can always wait until after checkout to get it addressed. We would like to know about it during your stay so we can make arrangements in advance to get it fixed prior to the next guests' arrival
➣We expect each guest to treat the property with the utmost respect. This allows us to continue providing awesome accommodations to future vacationers at a reasonable price
➣If you're looking to have a drunken party then this is not the cabin for you
➣PARENTS: We expect you to control your children.
➣If you can't or won't then we kindly ask that you book another cabin
➣You must be 18 years old to book this cabin. NO EXCEPTIONS
➣You MUST provide your ID for verification

➣We do not refund due to weather, driving conditions, power outages or other acts of nature that we don't & can't control. We advise you to get trip insurance
➣With the cabin being in the mountains you might lose cell service. We recommend printing directions and check-in instructions ahead of time.
➣Since this cabin is in the woods, you will see bugs, bees, scorpions, millipedes, lady bugs and all sorts of critters. We do have the cabin on a strict pest control schedule but it's impossible to eliminate all insects.
➣March through August is Carpenter Bee season in the Smokies, You may see dozens of them boring into the side of the cabin. Don't panic, you're staying in a log cabin in the woods after all!
➣You might encounter bears. These are wild and dangerous animals so please do not approach them or feed them. Do not leave your car doors open, even when going inside the cabin for just a few minutes.
➣Always lock your car – bears have been known to open car doors.
➣Always dispose of all trash in the bear-proof receptacle outside the cabin. Leaving trash out on the porch is asking for trouble.
➣We are always available for communication via the platform.
➣Just send us a text and we will promptly respond
➣Guests will have access to all the amenities inside and outside the property
➣All the attractions in the area are easily accessible by car.
➣The back roads are windy and we encourage you to plan your arrival before dark.

➣1st payment: 50% required up front
➣Final payment: 35 days before arrival, collected automatically
[SECURITY DEPOSIT]
➣A security damage deposit of $500.00 will be automatically charged to the credit card on file 4 days before check-in
➣This is a hold on the credit card and will be released 2 days after checkout
➣If the credit card charge fails then the guest has 1 day to provide another form of payment before the reservation is cancelled
