Getting Around:
For the most part, it is a very easy drive. The house is out in a residential area with most of the drive just being some rolling through the valley but no switchbacks or sharp inclines or anything like that. We manage a few cabins deep in the woods with switchbacks and unposted roads and this is definitely NOT that kind of place.

Relaxing Stay!

Great stay, the place was homey and relaxing. My family of 5 enjoyed our weekly stay. It had eveything we needed. It is located in a nice area, and loved the view.

Wonderful place

We all loved the unit, the kids especially with the arcade games. The hosts were very quick to reply to any questions we had. Thank you for making our vacation a wonderful experience and for making sure the kids were happy and entertained!!

Disappointed

It was not clean. Dirty floors, the bedding in the master bedroom was dingy and had footprints on it, one of the toilet seats had pee stains on it. The refrigerator barely kept things cool. I did message the owners and they did apologize stating that their cleaning crew is usually really good. On day three the upstairs toilet overflowed causing water to come through the ceiling in the kitchen. We had to leave and find a hotel at 11pm during thanksgiving week. I know this could happen anywhere… but, we had to throw away all of our food and spend 6+ hours of vacation packing up, finding somewhere else to stay and unpacking again. The owners did reimburse us for 2 nights. But, it didn’t cover the cost of 2 nights at a hotel or all the groceries we had to toss.

1st impression great but the small details not great!

At first glance it seems like a very nice place to stay…however when you settle into the townhouse the small details start jumping out. One of the biggest, there are no curtains or blinds on the back patio door or kitchen window, which was a huge lack of privacy for me and my family. There are spots where things have been removed or replaced and the paint is still the old color like the toilet paper holders. There are no drain covers in the bathroom sinks or bathtub. So taking a bath was not an option, only showers. I came with my family and planned very simple meals and even that was a struggle with lack of essentials like a can opener. The garbage disposal was broken and leaked. There was a cardboard sign over the drain, so we had one side of the sink to use the whole time we stayed. I attempted to make water for hot tea in the coffee maker and there was a very strong chemical taste that made me sick. The dryer took 3-4 times to dry anything. Overall the stay was ok but we would not stay again.

Birthday weekend

My sister, nephew, and myself came up for the weekend for his birthday. We loved the townhouse and how close to everything we were without being right in the middle of town. It was very clean and comfortable. Perfect for our weekend needs.

Great stay

Great location to stay, close to the attractions like the listing said but far away that it’s still quiet and peaceful the drive to pigeon forge was about 10-15 minutes. Not bad at all the front door sticks when you punch the code in at times though. The host sent some of their favorite things to do that is in the area. You have a horseback riding right down the road and a short drive to a really cool deer park attraction for the little ones.

Awesome memories!

We stayed there for five nights with my parents and children. Cozy and clean property in a quiet location close to everything, and very nice and friendly managers, we would definitely recommend them.
