This home comfortably sleeps 9 guests between 3 private bedrooms, a loft, and a full size sleeper sofa in the living room.

The loft includes a twin-over-full bunk bed and a smart TV.

The home also includes a half bathroom and 2 full guest bathrooms, the first with a dual vanity, Jacuzzi bathtub, and walk-in shower, and the second with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

Take a day trip into Townsend (10 miles) with additional national park access, shops, dining, and river tubing. Famous country singer, Dolly Parton, was born in Sevier County, making it a monumental place for devoted fans to visit. Dollywood, a family theme park jointly owned by Parton is located 10 miles from the home. If you’re looking to shop till you drop, the town and surrounding areas are dotted with galleries, boutiques, antique malls, flea markets, and so much more! Whether you’re chasing waterfalls, seeking out the best southern BBQ, or just wingin’ it, you’re sure to enjoy all of your time in the gorgeous Smoky Mountains.

HOUSE RULES:
• Must be 21+ to book.
• No events, parties, or group gatherings unless pre-approved.
• Vacation rental use only.
• Check-In/Check-Out: Early check-in requests within 24 hours of arrival. Late check-out requests by 10 AM the day before departure. Early check-in and late check-out may incur a fee up to $100.
• Occupancy: Follow city occupancy rules; children under 2 not counted. Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.
• Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA. $500 fine for noise violations.
• Property Inspection: Notify us of any issues immediately. We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
• Pets: Must be pre-approved. If pets are authorized, fees are collected after booking confirmation. Unauthorized pets incur extra fees and fines.
• Cleaning: Remove trash and load & run dishwasher upon check-out. Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
• Utilities & Appliances: Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional fees. Use appliances as intended.
• Parking: Follow local parking rules. Fines for violations.
• Safety & Security: No illegal activities or hazardous materials. Properties may have surveillance.
• Maintenance: Report issues promptly. No refunds for mechanical failures.
• Payments & Deposits: Major credit card required. Security deposit may be used for damages.
• Lost & Found: $25 minimum shipping cost for lost items.
• Legal: Violation of rules may result in eviction without refund. By booking, you agree to all rules and regulations.
