There may be construction activity, safety barriers, and temporary limits on beach access at times, including a short full closure of the Regal Beach shoreline currently expected around August 8–17, 2026 (all dates subject to change).
TRANSPORT, GROCERIES & PRACTICAL NOTES
• Transport: Car rentals are readily available (Kayak, Marshall’s, Andy’s, and others), and the public bus stop is about a 2 minute walk away with regular service along West Bay Road.
• Groceries: Foster’s and Kirk Market are a short drive away and offer a full range of local and international products.
• Supermarkets are closed on Sundays, but most restaurants and gas stations remain open, and some gas stations sell liquor on Sundays.

• Accessibility: This is a Ground floor walk up unit.
• Parking: On site complex parking for one vehicle.
