Cayman Islands berømte Seven Mile Beach Oceanfront Condo

Denne enhed er den nordvestlige stueetagen i Sunset Cove Condos på Seven Mile Beach. (Lige ved stranden) Det er meget privat i forhold til andre enheder i anlægget og en førende hjørneenhed, der er blevet totalrenoveret med bordplader af granit, side om side køleskab med ismaskine og is og vand dispenser med indbygget mikrobølgeovn og en glasovn.

Enheden har et moderne 38 'LCD High Definition-fladskærms-tv i stuen samt lignende størrelse fladskærms HD-tv i hvert soveværelse, alle med HD-modtagelse.

Enheden er fortsat bedømt som "Fremragende" af Department of Tourism på Cayman Islands i de sidste flere år. Bed om kopi af inspektionsrapporten.

Denne ejendom er ideelt placeret til svømning og snorkling. Det har en smuk sandstrand bugt til svømning og kun en kort afstand ud, snorkling er fantastisk.

Jeg har et paddle board / kyak, som jeg tilbyder gæster for $ 30US om dagen - min på 3 dage eller $ 175US om ugen. Den daglige sats i Cayman for et paddle board med out kyak sæde er $ 60US per dag og $ 350US om ugen. Du kan beslutte det ved ankomst. Pigen har nøglen og padlerne

Ejendommen støder op til det nyrenoverede Margaritaville Beach Resort and Hotel, og som condo-gæst har du adgang til alle deres faciliteter, herunder to andre puljer, en poolbar og restaurant ved vores pool, en lobbybar med en pizzabutik og to andre restauranter.

Check in was easy, but for the price…the place was not very clean and outdated. The towel rack in the master bathroom was falling out of the wall. It was also kind of dirty too. We were also excited for the paddle board when we saw it in the pictures, but we found out when we got there that it’s for owners use only. So it should not have been included in the pictures. It cost us an extra 300 to rent a paddle board for us and our kids and it was only for 2 days, not for the week.They were very responsive when we did not have hot water. They made sure it was fixed right away, which we really appreciated. The back doors weren’t sealed good when we tried to close them. However, the view was absolutely beautiful and the patio was nice. The staff at the pool bar were great and the food was good. It was also nice that we were right on the beach.

Perfect Location

We had an amazing stay at Sunset Cove. The ground floor unit offered us super convenient access to the beach and a great spot to hang out and enjoy the view. Our small children loved the protected cove area and exploring the tide pools on the rocky part of the beach. The grounds are immaculately kept. The unit had everything we needed, was exactly as pictured and the resort style pool, pool bar and beach front made it a place we good hang out at all day or come back to after exploring the island.

Great Spot

Sunset Cove was an amazing location right on 7MB with its own private beach and pool/spa. There were always pool and beach chairs available. The pool bar had decent food and drinks.The unit itself needs tlc. The property manager was a great communicator and tried her best to fix the problems within the condo. It began with the condo not being cleaned upon arrival. The manager attempted to help us by sending us to the pool for a free round of drinks and 2 apps while it was cleaned. After a long day of travel we just wanted to settle in but tried to roll with it. The day after arriving our dryer stopped working. Maintenance tried to fix it but apparently it needed more than they could do. This was over the course of a couple of days. After going back and forth with the manager, we agreed upon clean towels being sent to us daily. The last compliant we had were the living room couches....so uncomfortable. The rest of the condo was great and very functional. Overall, we would for sure recommend Sunset Cove. Our particular unit had an incredible view and the manager for was very helpful. A new couch, a new dryer and a cleaning team that is timely would make for some great changes.

Awesome Beachfront Condo

Great location on 7 mile beach! The private lagoon is perfect for kids and adults alike. We had 6 adults and 2 kids with us and the condo provided plenty of space for our group. The oceanfront patio was perfect for morning, afternoon and evening relaxing. Great spot!!

A location, had some issues that were fixed right away

This location can't be beat. A lot of 7 mile beach is washing away and this condo had the nicest beach in the area. The A/C didn't work the first two nights and there were some plumbing issues, but the owner sent a repair person right away and fixed both things. We agree with previous reviews that the couches need to be replaced- they almost hurt to sit on them. :( Overall, our family of 6 had a great stay - lots of great restaurants within walking distance too!

Wonderful experience

We had a wonderful time. The condo was spacious, clean, and the views of the ocean from the patio were unbelievable! The neighbors were so polite, the pool bar was lovely and convenient, and the pool and hot tub at sunset cove were perfect. Truly a great time all around! We hope to be back soon

Would book again.

Beautiful 2 week stay at this condo. 100% would book again. Host was quick to reply and help with anything. Nice location at the resort with amazing view. Enjoyed breakfast every morning on the patio. Cove was very nice and snorkeling in the ocean was great as well. Short walk to Gamma snorkeling which we did almost every day. Cammana bay is a nice walk from the resort, nice restaurants and enjoyed Gelato quite often. Pool bar / restaurant was very good as well. Thank you for an amazing family vacation:)

Great snorkeling but condo could be better

We loved the snorkeling and the sunsets from the condo! Our expectations for the interior were not matched. The den sofa/seating was not comfortable and the air conditioning had a regulator. We were not allowed to lower the temperature. We feel this is something that should be disclosed in the listing as we were very hot for the majority of our trip. With a new sofa and some air conditioning, this place could be 5 stars.

We had a wonderful time. Condo was as expected. Wish the floor was cleaned better. It was swept well and are feet qere diety from walking around the house. They should be professionally cleaned. The twin beds r very noisy and not very comfortable. Should replace box spring or frame. Overall a great stay!!

Great location, responsive host

The unit was perfect for our family of 5. Utilitarian furnishings but clean, and the view of the ocean from the patio was lovely. Host was very responsive. We made extensive use of the pool, swim up bar, and hot tub, and the snorkeling outside of the little rock bay was phenomenal (weather permitting). Easy to walk or drive from this location to other activities, restaurants and shops. Definitely on the quieter side of resorts (a good thing!) probably because the old Margaritaville directly behind it is defunct... so there are hundreds less guests than there probably used to be on this section of beach. A hidden little gem at the moment. We'll definitely keep it bookmarked for our next dive trip!

Great Week in Cayman

We had 6 adults staying in this condo and had plenty of room. Spacious kitchen and living/dining area was great. The highlight of this condo is its amazing ground level patio just steps from the ocean. We spent a lot of time there, as well as the pool and ocean. Grounds were well taken of. We had a maintenance issue and they were very efficient and quick in getting it resolved. Beds were comfortable. Master shower needs updating and the sofa and love seat as well, as they were not comfortable. Overall, we had a great week here! The property manager was great and very responsive to any questions. The outdoor space and patio is in of itself a reason to stay here!

Great Condo in Seven Mile Beach

Beautiful location right on the water. All the amenities you need - comfy beds, powerful showers, big TVs and so much more. Also loved the ample patio furniture for sitting outside and enjoying the water. Our teens loved the paddleboard too! Wonderful snorkeling just beyond the cove to the right. Convenient to Georgetown, Caymana, and West Bay for all activities. Livia was super easy to work with and responsive too!

Great place for a family vacation

Wonderful place for our family vacation. The unit was accessible for my handicapped father and we were able to drive him directly up to the front door of the unit. Easy access to the beach and the pool. The pool bar was reasonably priced and the food was good. We were able to enjoy the pool and hot tub and paddle board provided numerous times. The unit is properly stocked with needed amenities. Only problem we had was at check in and being told to drive to the other side, but I believe it was just miscommunication from someone not involved with our unit. Plenty of parking and within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Great location and a wonderful home away from home!!!

Perfect for Teen Girls

This condo is in a great location with gorgeous ocean views and close proximity to restaurants, shopping, and Foster’s Grocery store. We enjoyed our private ocean pool and beautiful sunsets. The layout of condo worked perfectly for 4 moms and 4 18 year old girls.
