This second-level residence features a private ocean terrace accessible from the main living area and the primary suite. Here, guests can unwind amidst a lush tropical garden while relaxing in a private heated spa. The sprawling terrace has ample seating, sun loungers, an electric BBQ grill, and an alfresco dining table. Enjoy stunning sunsets from your private terrace, making every evening unforgettable.

Aqua’s prime location offers easy access to George Town, Camana Bay, and the island’s top restaurants and attractions, ensuring a perfect balance of blissful seclusion and nearby convenience.

The heart of the home is the gourmet kitchen, fully equipped with Miele and Sub-Zero appliances, custom cabinetry, a wine bar, and elegant quartz countertops. The adjacent oceanfront dining area comfortably seats 8-10 guests with mesmerizing views. For a more indulgent affair, coordinate a private chef to prepare a gourmet dinner or a champagne brunch, curated through our dedicated concierge.

The home's living area is furnished with a large sectional sofa, an HD SmartTV with cable programming plus a soundbar. A separate glass-walled, media room/den doubles as a home office.

All four-bedroom suites are designed with resort-inspired luxury featuring crisp whites, natural stone textures, and warm timber finishes.

Small pets are welcome at Aqua, subject to owner approval, plus a US$500 refundable pet deposit.

Light housekeeping is provided on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (non-holidays) to ensure an effortless five-star stay. Premium linens, toiletries, bathrobes, plus bath and beach towels are all provided.

Aqua’s amenities extend beyond the residence. The shared infinity pool with a tanning ledge offers a serene place to unwind, while the beachfront below provides a tropical escape. Beach loungers will be provided for guest use- Soon Come! For barefoot water entry, guests can venture up the beach to The Grandview or Sunset Cove.

Private fishing and snorkel charters can also be arranged, departing directly from Aqua’s private cove.

Guests will be assigned two private parking spaces in Aqua's secured garage with direct access via a keyed elevator. Aqua is a non-smoking property, ensuring a fresh, clean environment for all guests.

-- No parties, weddings, or events are permitted without written approval from the property manager.
-- We ask all guests to be considerate when enjoying the pool and outdoor areas by keeping the noise to a minimum.

*** BEACH NOTES ***
Aqua is located at the southern end of Seven Mile Beach and enjoys a wide beachfront just steps off the pool deck. Guests can enjoy barefoot walks south for about half a mile.

The beach here is protected by a natural limestone cove with a clearing for gentle water entry. Barefoot water entry can also be enjoyed next door at the Grandview Condos or Sunset Cove. The Crown owns all beaches on Grand Cayman, up to the high water mark, meaning they are public property.

Taxi service is reliable along Seven Mile Beach, but can run expensive if you are the exploring type. Plus, there is no Uber or Lyft on the island. A rental car is recommended if you plan on venturing beyond Seven Mile Beach.
