"The staff was amazing. My biggest issue was the noise. You can hear every little thing. The doors slam constantly and could hear slamming around and dogs barking. If you dont mind not getting good sleep then that wont bother you. "

"First time I stayed at this Hampton, I usually stay at the one off the turnpike in Harmarville/Oakmont but it was full for the Master's weekend. I really liked and the cost was cheaper than Hamarville. It's more convenient to a Giant Eagle and Eat-nPark too - two places I always need to visit when I can return to Pgh There is also a Walmart and gas options close if needed. :) Clean, staff was great. Quiet. No complaints. "

"The sofa bed had crumbs and urine stains. the housekeeper did come up and vacuum it- providing a mattress cover and the bedding for it. He was very helpful."

Very high humidity in the room - they should hace the ac turned on in advance. 2 inch space between the main door and the floor results in a very noisy room where you can hear every tiny sound and every conversation from the hallway. Ice machine in front of the rooms was very noisy since apparently everyone in the hotel uses ice in the middle of the night."

Order food to be delivered by DoorDash and was able to wait in the lobby and eat it there. Desk staff was so helpful when they didn’t give us silverware.
