As soon as you enter the premises, you will be charmed by the minimalist and contemporary decoration, giving the apartment a warm and elegant appearance that highlights its design and light.

In front of the entrance on the right, a large living room is available to you, composed of an American kitchen fully equipped with central island for 6 people. The open kitchen overlooks the living room and the terrace which offers beautiful brightness, all entirely air conditioned.

The living room with a 3 -seater (convertible) sofa as well as two armchairs is ideal for resting and watching Tv just opposite.

The terrace which gives on the pedestrian platform is very quiet, it will be ideal for having breakfast in the morning or enjoying a good meal in the evening. There are also deckchairs to sunbathe in the sun, a water point and an electric plancha.

The rooms on the rear part of the apartment are spacious. The adjoining room in the bathroom has a Queen Size (160) bed with large storage dressing room. The second room also has a large dressing room and a double bed (140).

The bathroom with simple basin, and walk -in shower is completely renovated.

The accommodation is very pleasant in summer as in winter. Its location is ideal for enjoying the calm while being close to the city center.

Access to the flat through a locked main door. A lift is at your disposal. The flat is located on the first floor on the left.
An outdoor parking space is available at no extra charge.

A member of the 'Charles Osborn' Property Private Concierge team will be responsible for welcoming you to the accommodation and handing over the keys.
The concierge service will be available throughout your stay and is at your disposal should you need any assistance.

The Ariot 1984 is located 20 minutes by car from Lazaret beach and 20 minutes by car from La Corniche beach. (see photo aerial view)
The city center is accessible on foot in less than 5 minutes, with numerous shops nearby: market of the Halles de Sète, Monoprix, flea market on Sunday.
Two restaurants rewarded with a Michelin star are less than 15 minutes by car: The Marcel and the Coquerie.

Montpellier airport and Montpellier Sud de France train station are 50 minutes away.
Sète train station 10 minutes away (in summer).
