- An air-conditioned living room with a sofa bed (BZ type) and television, extending onto a 12m² loggia (4 bay windows) shaded by an awning and opening onto a south-facing terrace.

- A fully equipped kitchenette (small refrigerator, microwave, mini oven/grill, mini freezer, dishwasher)

- A bedroom with a sea view, a double bed (140cm), and a wardrobe

- A separate sleeping alcove with a single bed (90cm) and a window
- A bathroom with a shower, washing machine, and toilet.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in the living room and Wi-Fi.

Access to the residence's shared parking (spaces not guaranteed and not assigned)

Optional services payable on site:

Situé au pied de la plage, l'accès à partir des résidences est direct, pas de route à traverser. La plupart des résidences vous proposent une piscine, de larges terrasses ou loggias. La convivialité est au rendez-vous ainsi que les accents du midi sur le marché hebdomadaire du quartier de la Corniche.
