The internal space is organized as follows:



Lower Area:

- BEDROOM 1 with double bed, two wardrobes, two chests of drawers, split A/C and access to the terrace;

- BEDROOM 2 with single bed, wardrobe, split A/C and access to the terrace;

- KITCHENETTE with gas hob, moka, oven and microwave, dishwasher, toaster, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses and access to the balcony;

- DINING AREA with dining table and chairs, TV, fridge, freezer and access to the balcony;

- BATHROOM with bathtub/shower, sink, bidet and WC;

- BALCONY furnished with table and chairs, laundry area with washing machine.



Upper Area (stairs to access):

- LIVING ROOM with sofa bed, fan, split A/C and access to the terrace;

- TERRACE with sofas;



FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, independent heating with heat pump, outdoor barbecue, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer, cot on request.

7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents through our Guest Portal.

This procedure is used to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the police service Aloggiati Web which is the Italian procedure for accommodating guests in Italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The switching on period and the daily duration of switching on depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation.

Cagliari Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from 22 November to 23 March.



N.B. completing the registration and paying the Tourist Tax is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment.



In case of unconventional use of extra linen, €15 will be charged for each linen kit used.

Also ideal for visiting the wonderful beaches of Pula and Villasimius, both reachable in 45/55 minutes by car.

-From Cagliari Elmas Mario Mameli airport: you can reach the apartment by train from the Elmas Airport Terminal to Cagliari station, then take bus 110 and get off at the Sestu Via Gorizia 10 stop, just a 10-minute walk from the apartment.

Alternatively, you can take a taxi (journey time approximately 13 minutes).



-From Cagliari Central station, you can reach the apartment by bus LINE 110 to the Sestu Via Gorizia 10 stop, just a 10-minute walk from the apartment.



-For those traveling by car, it is possible to park for free (NOT GUARANTEED) on the street near the property, or it is possible to park on the street for a fee (blue stripes).
