Generelt et helt fint hotel.. dog er grundighed ved rengøring en mangel vare specielt når sengelinned og håndklæder er plettet selv om de har haft en tur i vaskemaskinen (man burde kasserer dem).. gode parkeringsmuligheder og placering

Good except the breakfast
We had a lovely stay at the Novotel. It was clean, bright and comfortable. There was free parking spaces for our car, which was a plus. The breakfast was a bit boring and bland for what we paid for it I think. And half our part being vegan, there really wasn’t much we could eat. Most of the staff in the restaurant didn’t speak English, so asking for dietary concerns was a bit difficult. But everything else was good.

Recommended for short family vacations
We can highly recommend this Novotel hotel. The staff was very service minded and helped with good advice for our trip to Firenze and they recommended one of the best restaurants we have stayed at during our vacation in Italy. We travelled with 4 kids and they enjoyed the small pool area, breakfast buffet and free wifi as a good combination to a city holiday 😊 Note that it is mandatory to wear bathing caps in the pool, but these can be bought in the reception.

Akut behov, fantastisk oplevelse
Landede i Firenze lufthavn 9 timer forsinket, biludlejningen var derfor lukket. Så vi valgte at booke 5 værelser for natten. Fra vi bestille til vi ankom til hotel kl 02 , gik der 15 min. Alt var klart og hurtig og nem check ind, og rigtig god service

Super ophold. Meget god service - især ved poolen. Let at parkere, og skønt med den gratis transport til byen.

Godt og billigt hotel til Familer
Godt og frem for alt billigt hotel 20 minutter fra Firenze-centrum + pool og free wifi. Også godt at der er gratis bus-service til centrum. Hotellet er lokaliseret i et ikke lufthavns-område - men en McDonald's og et stort supermarked i nærheden. Også gode muligheder for udflugt til Siena og Pisa.

Levede ikke op til 4 stjernet
Hotellet var fint, dog ikke mere end det. Poolen lå i skygge hele døgnet (på trods af skyfrit og 25-30 grader, så vi så ingen benytte den og fik ej heller glæde af den, det at de havde pool var en af hovedarsagerne til at vi valgte dette hotel. Så det var en skuffelse. Morgenmadsbuffeten var frygtelig! Og rummet den blev serveret i var gammelt beskidt og utroligt slidt. Vi prøvede ikke den øvrige mad på hotellet. Hotellet lå langt fra alting, så det er nødvendigt med bil, de har p-kælder til 8 euro pr. døgn.

Lækkert hotel, meget hjælpsom personale,
Havde 5 overnatninger på hotellet. Personalet var yderst hjælpsom, da jeg havde problemer med at få wifi til at virke. Ligeledes var de meget hjælpsomme, da jeg skulle kontakte mit flyselskab angående hjemtransport af min kuffert. Morgen madsbuffeten var også god, ikke for meget og ikke for lidt

Praktisk hotel til bytur i Firenze. Shuttlebussen kørte dog ikke i tidsrummet 13-17.30, hvilket var ærgerligt da vi kom til hotellet kl 15 og gerne ville ind og se Firenze.

We chose the hotel for its convenience to rent car return and airport for early departure. The desk staff were excellent, giving us a room prior to official check-in time. The dining could have been a bit better but it was okay for our purposes. On the second floor there was noticeable street noise even though we checked that the window was closed and locked.

For a 4-star hotel amenities very limited. Bed is not comfortable. Power keeps turning off in room. Sheets were so worn out they had holes. Another sheet was stained. Hair dryer weak. Shower stall is streaked black. No conditioner or lotion. Breakfast buffet very basic. Very disappointed by this property. Staff was pleasant though.

The place was great, the rooms and beds were comfortable. Driving into downtown is a bit of a pain, but it is not far. Breakfast had lots of options.

We booked two rooms and were lucky to get them opposite each other. Very nice bathrooms and the beds were really comfortable to sleep in. The rooms were spacious and with all the amenities that we needed, for instance, it came with a fridge and a safe. The staff were really helpful and gave some great advice on where to park and get the tram into Florence. They also gave other recommendations to day trips that really paid off. We would definitely come back to this hotel as at exceeded our expectations.
