Welcome!

A beautiful villa spanning 900 square meters with a large garden, a beautiful outdoor pool, and a toilet. It can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people with four bedrooms, one main bathroom, and two half bathrooms.

With windows everywhere, the villa is almost always filled with sunlight, making it bright and airy.

Every room is spacious and aesthetically designed to have a modern luxury vibe. The outdoor area is just stunning, with a huge pool, deck chairs, an umbrella, and a table for sitting with friends.

The kitchen is also beautifully designed and fully equipped with everything you need to whip up a delicious meal.

We also provide fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

Please note: To maintain the villa's beauty, we have a gardener who comes in twice a month and a pool guy who comes in to clean the pool once a week, usually on Thursdays. Do let us know ahead of time if you're not comfortable with this, and we'll see what we can do to arrange it.

Guests will have access to the entire home!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Calm residential area with walking distance 12-15 mins to the Atlantic Ocean and (the calm and warmer) Lagoa. In the Lagoa there is possibilities for many kinds of watersports.
In the village Alfarim, 3 kms away, you can find all kinds of stores and restaurants.
The bread and pastries bus is passing by every day. Just wave at bus and it will stop and you can choose your favourites.

As we are quite far from the city, there are not many public transportation options. If you enjoy walking, you'll be able to reach most places by foot. However we would suggest driving a car or using the Taxi/Uber

Before your check-in, you will receive a message with your check-in options, as well as where you can pick up your keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge at the property has a cost of 10€, pending availability.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, we will be happy to provide for an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)
