"Great property in an excellent area. There are lots of local restaurants and connivence stores nearby. Five minute walk to the subway line 2 with easy access to Gangnam. The room was perfect for me (solo traveler) it had a nice tub and hot shower, comfy bed and it was very peaceful. I never heard any noises from other visitors and the street despite traffic was very quiet. They offer complimentary tea and high quality coffee. Staff is helpful."

"I would not recommend this hotel. First of all, the Western room photos advertised on the booking platform are misleading and do not match the actual rooms. The listing only showed photos of a king suite and a twin room, while the room we booked was advertised as a Standard King Room. However, when we checked in, we found that there was no bed frame, just a mattress on the floor. The room was also extremely small, with barely enough space to open a suitcase.
To make matters worse, we found...

"Good location, helpful staff , although having a concierge service would have been better to guide us through the city. Great places to eat around and access to metro and buses. Janat and Kim are very helpful at the front desk. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Lastly for budget minded travelers book early and breakfast is included and a decent variety to eat . French bakery tous le jous was a great experience as well and the K bbq was authentic. Thank you"

"Old, worn out, not at all like the pictures. Grout in bathroom full of algea and black fungus. Non-english speaking receptionists, but friendly and able to use translator app. TV didn't work and we couldn't explain this to staff (language)."

"Originally put as 5 star rating but then bumped down to a 4 star upon checkout. During checkout there was no one to be found, because I had a question to ask, if there was a car parking near by for the hotel for next time I stay I can drive instead of take subway. I won’t be staying again because no one was there to ask simple question, even knocking on their door, no one came out.
I see on checkout there is a basket to put room keys, I was never given a room key only a code to enter the...

Well maintained hotel with all necessary amenities. Great staff. Good location for National Museum, modern art museum, parliament and easy to get around because it's very close to Yongsan and Sinyongsan Stations
