    Whether you’re here to relax, reconnect, or recharge, this cozy and emotional space was created to bring you warmth, peace, and joy.

    Safety is our priority — the space is equipped with a fire extinguisher, smoke detector, and carbon monoxide detector, all in compliance with fire safety regulations. As a host with hotelier experience, I take great pride in maintaining this space with care and professionalism.
    Your happiness is my greatest motivation!

    About the Space
    Located on the 5th floor of a building with an elevator, this unique duplex loft offers both comfort and charm.

    Downstairs, you’ll find:
    • A cozy bedroom with a queen bed and a single bed
    • A spacious kitchen and dining area with a large table — perfect for sharing meals or getting work done

    Upstairs, you’ll discover:
    • A loft-style living room (which can double as a sleeping area)
    • A private outdoor terrace with direct views of Lotte Tower
    • A beam projector for watching Netflix or TV
    • Beautiful lights, perfect for setting the mood, taking photos, or enjoying board games

    At night, unwind on the terrace while taking in the glittering Lotte Tower skyline — the perfect way to end your day.

The place was very clean and nice. It can fit a 5 ppl family. Close to subway and glossary. The host is super nice and helpful. I would recommend the place to travelers.

It was a great location, good food all around, walking distance to a lot of attractions. Check in was smooth and easy, building was super clean. Little coffee shop down the street had amazing French toast. The balcony was a pleasure to be able to sit outside which is rare in Seoul…

Callia is an excellent host! She provided recommendations of local restaurants, transportation, and activities. She replies promptly, which made our very first visit to Seoul less stressful. The place is so cute. It comes with two bedrooms. The loft has two sofa beds that can be converted into two twin beds. There is a balcony on the loft. We are w of 5 with 2 kids. Kids slept in loft, which is prefect. The place is close to Lotte World Adventure, only one subway stop away. I feel it is walkable distance if you enjoy a walk. I am glad to choose this place. Although there was 1 review at the time we booked, it is a good stay.

The apartment was very clean and well-maintained. The host had provided us with towels and soap as we were staying for four days, and there was cutlery and dishes that made it easy for us to cook. There were 5 beds that comfortably slept our family of 5. The upstairs and balcony with a view of the Lotte Tower and the projector with Netflix was a pleasant unique feature of the apartment. There was also a 7-eleven nearby which we conveniently walked to frequently. It also a 15-20 minute walk away from Lotte World! I also want to make a special mention to our host, Callia, who paid special attention to us. She gave us many recommendations on places to go and explore, as well as was very responsive whenever we had questions. Her service extended beyond our stay where she referred us to a taxi service with a cheaper rate and even checked if we arrived at the airport safely. Callia is a lovely host who really cares for her customers. Thank you again so much Callia! I highly recommend her place for your next stay ☺️
