It was alright. Location is close to subway and there can be a lot of drunks at night. They did not bother us.
The bathroom is too small and it makes no sense that there is a glass wall between it and the shower - it leaves little room to move as it is so close to the toilet. The glass wall had stains on it.
The mattress had a waterproof protective cover on it (under the sheet) which was very uncomfortable. Sleeping on it was too hot and it made noises every time we moved.
Other than that, it takes the AC a while to cool down and it doesn’t seem to reach the set temperature. The window is left open whenever housekeeping cleans the room so it becomes hot and humid (at least during the summer) in the room while you’re out. No bugs can enter through the window though, there is a metal mesh net thing in it.
