    The room is compact (about 10 square meters), but thoughtfully furnished with everything you need: a comfortable single bed, a desk for work or study, a mini fridge, and air conditioning to keep you cool during the summer.

    Shared bathrooms and showers are clean and well-maintained, and the space is ideal for those who want to explore the city on a budget without sacrificing comfort.

I was in Seoul for a medically necessary surgery. The only way I could make the trip happen was to stay in budget for accommodation and this place made it a reality. The location is insanely beautiful. While the room itself is not fancy, it has everything you need. There’s a small refrigerator, there’s AC and heat, there’s a nice desk setup, there’s even phone chargers and international converters for your gizmos and gadgets. It’s a short walk to amazing and inexpensive restaurants, the royal tombs, and an ancient Buddhist temple. Not to mention the high end stores of Gangnam being a 15 minutes subway ride or 45 minute walk away. The one and only complaint I have is the shared washroom/bathroom facilities were not the best, but at this price point I still see no reason not to give five out of five stars. I will likely return someday, this place is too cool to not explore further in the future.
